• Helped Create and Chaired the Red Cross Hometown Heroes annual Luncheon honoring first responders and every day heroes

• Co-Chaired the Idaho State Board of Education’s federal grant response to create the statewide Idaho Education Network with a conference and ongoing program

• Served as Mentor for Boise Young Professionals B|Wise program multiple times

• Member of College of Idaho President’s Advisory Council

• Founder, Nampa for Public Schools

• Chaired a comprehensive community-driven Superintendent Search for the Nampa School DistrictServed as interviewer and mentor for Leadership Boise Academy multiple times

• Chaired Mascot Selection Committee, “Go Otters!”, College of Western Idaho

• Chaired College of Western Idaho Campus Visioning Project for Strategic Expansion across the Treasure Valley

• Chaired two successful Bond and Levy Campaigns for Nampa School District

• Served on Financial Recommendation Committee during financial distress for Nampa School District

• Event Director for Boise Twilight Criterium for 10 years, growing it to 3rd largest in the U.S.

• Served as Director for Winter Games of Idaho for 10 years with annual winter sports events at Bogus Basin, Brundage, and Galena

• Chaired Athletic Director Student Activity Card Promotion programs for Nampa School District
